About The Institution
Jyothi Educational Society was established in the year 1985 as, socio- cultural and educational center at mathikere, Bangalore-560022. Since then it is serving the students community in day to become worthy citizens of tomorrow. With plans to open different types of educational and socio- cultural centers, to achieve this objectives Sharada School was established. Now the name is changed to Jyothi English School which is recognized by government of Karnataka. The management has intense desire to care for the all round development of children .Management has been successful in providing necessary facilities with the co-operation of parents and the residents of the locality.
The Institution with the generous help and encouragement of the educationalists .SRS GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS was started with CBSE. On the request of the learned parents with the intention to upgrade the educational system of the students, society and the desire to develop the all-round development of the student SSPS was launched. SHARADA SCHOOL is the sister concern School of SRI LAKSHMI PUBLIC SCHOOL which is owned and run by Danvanthri trust which is affiliated to CBSE BOARD NEW DELHI. Aff no- 830327.
The management has provided the school in its own building with one auditorium, 35 class rooms and 2 office rooms. Facilities such as drinking water and toilets are provided. The requirements of furniture, lab equipments, and library and sports are provided. The management has taken up the expansion of building and infrastructure. We request the philanthropic public to extend their helping hand in this, endeavor.

LOCATION AND ENVIRONMENT
The school is centrally located, in the city with a nearby bus terminal and railway station. Easily reachable from any part of the city.
The school environment is quite, calm nearby Jain temple. Auspicious as the school is also temple for learning. As soon as the students enter the school each one experiences an environment that suits both teaching and learning process. Students come in the hands of teachers who moulds there all-round development. It is like a pupa coming out as a beautiful fluttering butterfly. Inside the school campus entirely different worlds were only teacher and the taught interact with each other- that is the gagnouis environment with us.

MANAGEMENT
The school was started under JYOTHI EDUCATION SOCIETY. By the secretary and founder member Sri H.Ranganatha and head mistress Smt. R. URMILA, guided by learned Principal Sri Prahalada Rao.
The society constitutes able person well versed in social service.Now the secretary is Sri H. Ranganatha, Head Mistress Smt Urmila R and principal PR . Rajam and the academic advisor Sri Prahalda Rao.
Sri H. Ranganatha, secretary a famous social activist, serves the society to impart knowledge and education to children of all categories irrespective of their social status. Likewise, Smt R. Urmila, the HM conducts the school activities both academic and administrative with great Zeal. She is strict and easy going. Under her guidance the school brings out 100% result in state board examination every year.
Sri Prahalad rao , academic advisor takes the school activities in correct way to achieve the goal of the secretary and HM . he is there involved in all the activities of the school as a well experienced personality. Lastly, the present principal Smt PR . Rajam works in co- ordination of the secretary, HM, and academic advisor for the development of the school both in academic and administrative. The school stands as a land mark in education in this locality with hard work of management and staff members
